The team is dedicated to inspiring better business performance and helping clients focus on their core businesses.RESPONSIBILITIESData CollectionCollection of equipment data plate information, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls.Collection of equipment attribute information.Picture documentation.Software tracking.QA/QC of data plate information.Reports.Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized with the proven ability to work on various tasks simultaneously.Ability to learn software systems - training provided.Customer ServiceDemonstrate exceptional customer service skills and maintain positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients.Strong communication skills.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIESRecommended one (1) year of experience with building / facility equipment or training equivalent.High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required.Proficient in English.Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Suite, strong excel abilities.Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to work at heights and from ladders.Ability to regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.Regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.Our company culture includes a robust mix of sound business practices and employee initiatives that promote personal and professional development, work/life balance, health and wellness and community involvement.The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
