Finance and Operations Administrator

Sogeti USA, part of Capgemini has an immediate need for a Finance and Operations Administrator to join our growing team. This role will work with our Operations Team, Human Resources, Recruiting, Sales, and Management (including Sogeti-s Corporate Team). This opportunity will allow you to embark on a bright career path with one of the world`s leading IT consulting groups. You will work with others across the business to gain exposure into the functionalities and importance of an Operations Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to handle all the different problems when it comes to the operation of the business

  • Approve and maintain consultants weekly time sheets and expense reports

  • Review contracts and set up projects according to contract details

  • Process client invoices in a timely manner with attention to detail and work with clients to resolve invoicing questions.

  • Develop client relationships to establish understanding of payment terms and ensure prompt payments

  • Financial month end close responsibilities including sales bookings, final invoice approval and time sheet approval.

  • Review work in progress and resolve issues

  • Manage project operations- Statement of Work's, consultant utilization

  • Support Sales/Operations/Human Resources

  • Articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in an office environment is a strong plus

  • Close attention to detail

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years administrative and finance experience

  • Must have completed Bachelor-s degree in related field or business, marketing or finance.

  • Must be able to work standard professional business hours

  • Experience with Oracle or similar program

  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Excel skills to include Vlookup and pivot tables)
