Job Title: Foreman Residential Electrician

Job Description

The Foreman Residential Electrician is responsible for the installation of residential electrical components in custom homes. This role requires in-depth knowledge of wiring entire homes based on schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install residential electrical components in custom homes.

• Wire entire homes based on schematics and blueprints.

• Ensure all electrical installations adhere to safety regulations and standards.

• Work with residential construction teams to complete projects efficiently.

• Install lights, switches, and power outlets.

• Use Romex wiring for installations.

Essential Skills

• 5-6+ years of experience in residential electrical installation.

• Proficiency in wiring entire homes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Experience with Romex wiring.

• Strong understanding of residential construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Work Environment

Indoor and outdoor work around the KC metro area in new homes and neighborhoods. Standard hours are from 7am to 3pm, with 40 hours consistently available and opportunities for overtime if desired.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
