Essential functions and responsibilities:
Assist the Bookkeeper with all aspects of accounting responsibilities.
Creating and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Preparation of the weekly gratuities.
Maintain the petty cash fund.
Special reports as requested by Bookkeeper and Administrator.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper during vacation or illness.
Must be available for a flexible schedule as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience :
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent and at least six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with beneficiaries, management and staff. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common reports and documents.
Basic computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, data management, and all other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
