The Guidehouse Managed Services team, supported by Healthcare Analytics, offers comprehensive revenue cycle outsourcing for all phases of the revenue cycle as well as business partnership analyses, e.g., consortiums, JVs. By using Guidehouse’s full capabilities, consulting expertise is leveraged to provide change management and process improvement for outsourcing clients. The goal of the analytics outsourcing team is to enable the development and sale of relevant products for a competitive price and support the delivery in a way that exceeds client and firm expectations. Responsibilities of the analytics support team include:

• BPM Strategy • Business partnership evaluation and modeling • Product Development • Vendor Management • Strategic Pricing • Contracting • Business Intelligence/Performance Excellence


• Independently build and understand complex company financial models to analyze performance scenarios and trends of potential partnership arrangements;• Perform project finance modeling scenarios for healthcare providers (IDNs, CINs, hospitals, physician offices) and other related business operations including operational projections; • Perform in-depth market analyses including forecasts • Use variety of Guidehouse data sources to creatively problem-solve• Create and prepare analyses, reports, presentations, quantitative exhibits, and other client deliverables regarding project scope and/or results of work performed;• Exhibit high attention to detail and discipline to check work to produce error free and properly formatted work on a consistent basis;• Manage priorities while working on several high priority opportunities simultaneously with minimal oversight;• Identify, research, and organize information to assess the appropriateness and sufficiency of data to facilitate effective analysis;• Produce analytics for use in sales pursuits that link to solutions and services;• Participate in client meetings to review results of work performed;• Responsible for day-to-day activities of a project including interaction with other team members, professionals from other firms involved in the engagement, and client personnel;• Collaborate with Healthcare Analytics colleagues and Guidehouse consulting teams to problem solve and provide content expertise to tailor solutions for individual clients;• Solution Development: Collaborate with Healthcare practice and Analytic Development team to innovate and develop analytic solutions.

Common responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain library of materials and tools to support solution delivery (i.e. solution descriptions, budget models, sales materials, training materials, models and methodologies) Develop relationships with sales, operations, consulting teams and content experts to drive continued innovationIncorporate client feedback and experience into solutions to foster continual improvementOther duties as assigned


• BA/BS in Business, e.g., Accounting, Finance or Economics; 3.5 GPA preferred • 1-3 years’ experience in Healthcare corporate finance or strategy, investment banking analyst, equity analyst, capital markets analyst, public accountant or management consultant • Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation theory needed to support partnership venture analyses • Strong ability and desire to utilize technology to solve complex problems; • Ability to excel in both team and self-directing settings • Strong analytical skills and solid foundational knowledge of financial modeling • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), quantitative, and organizational skills; • Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, willing to provide guidance in a constructive manner; • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed; • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and changing business environment • Ability to travel as needed, dependent upon engagement(s); • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Understanding of relational database tools, e.g., SQL, Access


• Corporate finance and/or strategy planning experience with exposure to Healthcare providers, e.g., IDNs, hospitals, physician offices

• HFMA Certification:

Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (“CHFP”), Certified Specialist Accounting & Finance (“CSAF”), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
