Overview

Kemin is seeking an HR Platforms Administrator to join their Human Resources team. If you have a passion for people and a knack for data, this may be a great career opportunity for you! From entering to analyzing data, you will partner with a global team to maximize the integrity of employee data.

This position will partner with the worldwide HR team to provide administrative & technical support for human resource systems that are in place for all Kemin employees. The HR Platforms Administrator will work with the HRIS & Analytics Specialist in relation to all HRIS activities including reporting, ensuring data integrity, and working with vendors to build Kemin's HRIS platform, all while providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with maintaining optimal function of Kemin HR systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems and modules.

  • Provides support for users and admins for all Kemin Human Resources platforms including iCIMS, Cornerstone, Unily, Gallup Access,, and other related software. Performs analyses, tests implementation, and is a super user for most Kemin HR applications.

  • Serves as system admin and lead learning admin for Cornerstone learning management system.

  • Serves as lead system admin for HR projects on our global employee intranet.

  • Enhance and develop audit procedures for maintaining data/learning object authenticity with Cornerstone learning management system.

  • Confirms integrity and accuracy of database, fixing data when necessary. Investigates and diagnoses root cause analysis, such as user error or application problems, for data issues.

  • Maintains standard HRIS reporting procedures which will provide regular, accurate reporting on employees, etc.

  • Creates ad hoc reports as needed by the organization to provide the business with accurate information.

  • Assists with online training module creation for various Kemin processes, projects, and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Able to perform responsibilities at an independent level of performance.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Ability to keep information confidential.

  • Technical understanding of HRIS products

  • Skills in assessment and diagnostic methods to solve a wide range of HR reporting needs.

  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Must have a solid understanding and adherence to the Servant Leadership philosophy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or similar programs required.

  • Experience with virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc.
