Role Description:The ISV Technical Evangelism team is looking for an ISV Technical Account Manager to join our team of technical and product experts, serving as a technical advisor and platform expert to our strategic ISV partners. As an ISV Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will have responsibility for a small number of assigned accounts, ensuring partners are extracting the most value out of their Salesforce partnership. TAMs forge relationships with their partners, developing a technical understanding of their Salesforce applications, sharing technical best practices, and acting as a technical point of contact. This position requires strong technical and communications skills, excellent time management, and prioritization abilities.Your Impact:Become a certified and recognized Salesforce expertServe as a trusted technical advisor to ISVs building commercial, enterprise-quality apps on the Salesforce platformDevelop relationships with key business and technical stakeholders of assigned partner accounts to understand top business goals and priorities and serve as an expert on partner's applicationsFacilitate architectural and design discussions with ISV partners to ensure technical success with Salesforce technologiesSimplify partnership interactions by being a proactive liaison and focal point into Salesforce Technology and Product team and Technical Support Team, to address product feature/technical hurdles and explain the architecture and demo features of partner's apps.Manage and communicate technical risks to partnership and coordinate with Salesforce account teams to ensure account plans and records are up to date.Evangelize Salesforce products and features by building and presenting customized demos of Salesforce productsField technical inquiries from partners, related to Salesforce technology use cases, pilots, roadmaps, and assistance with ISV processes and tools.Participate in all appropriate product, sales and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the positionCoordinate and manage technical communications with partners including emails, technical meetings, and chat.Evangelize Salesforce platform technologies via interactions with our partner community including in-person events, blogs, discussion forums, workshops, and webinarsMinimum Requirements:BA/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent work experienceExperience building or implementing enterprise-scale software solutions that drive business and customer valueExperience with one or more common enterprise software platforms (Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, ERP) and an understanding of relational database technologiesParticipated in sessions leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories leveraging technology to drive digital transformationAbility to understand business and product requirements, translate those needs into a product solution visionAbility to think strategically and advise ISV partners on architecture options and best p
