The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in job grades and job architecture, can manage and lead through complex change, is a strong influencer, and can partner closely with highly cross-functional and matrixed teams to drive results.

Required Skills:

Job Architecture Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage the future state of Meta’s job architecture framework

  2. Establish and implement an enterprise-wide governance process for job architecture

  3. Demonstrate cross functional leadership by taking a broad perspective to problems and thinking systemically

  4. Collaborate effectively with cross functional partners across the HR ecosystem to identify and prioritize opportunities that will address the most critical issues

  5. Ensure programs and solutions align to desired outcomes and guiding principles

  6. Consult with and influence Business and HR leaders on strategy and recommended decisions using data-driven insights

  7. Design and implement effective communication and education strategies and materials suitable for employees, managers, and executives

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 12+ years of experience in human capital functions

  2. 3+ years of experience in job architecture and/or leveling programs

  3. Experience with strategy development, program design/management, and change management

  4. Experience thinking creatively and prototyping new ideas

  5. Experience operating in a matrixed and constantly evolving environment

  6. BA/BS degree or equivalent HR experience

  1. MBA or Advance Degree

  2. World at Work CCP or GRP certification

  3. Experience in consulting-firm capacity supporting and advising companies on job analysis, job architecture and/or job leveling decisions
