Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for Fraud Strategy and Capabilities within Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for Branch Banking, Chief Customer Office, CSBB Control, CSBB Diverse Customer Segments, CSBB Operations, CSBB Strategy & Transformation, Consumer Marketing, Deposit Products Group, and Small Business. In this role, you will:
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Collaborate and consult with Product Owners, business partners and stakeholders, and 3rd party relationships, as needed, to define and drive action plans to address Risk Management Policy requirements, including Model Risk Governance and Policy requirements.
Perform highly complex activities related to creation, implementation and documentation
Use highly complex statistical theory to quantify, analyze and manage risk requirements
Participate in the discussion related to analytical strategies, modeling and forecasting methods
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: measure and communicate key performance metrics (KPIs)
Model or model governance experience
Model risk management experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
Knowledge and understanding of financial services risk management
Experience with quantitative and qualitative models
The following locations within the Wells Fargo footprint will be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for this position and other locations will not be considered. Position will work both on site and remotely.
