This position is an experienced consulting-level position that leads multiple/complex sales operations programs.
The Main Responsibilities
Designs/develops highly complex sales operations programs processes impacting service, support, or distribution.
Using broad sales operations & business knowledge, identifies issues & opportunities.
Acts as subject matter expert for customers & sales employees.
Provides analytical support to senior sales management to evaluate organizational effectiveness.
Makes recommendations to enhance productivity, sales revenues & collaboration between operations, sales, marketing, product, finance & distributors.
Ensures sales operations policies and practices are reviewed and revised as technology & business conditions change.
Develops/delivers training to customers & sales force. May visit the customer site.
Leads project teams.
Creates very complex reports & account analysis.
Provide Functionality and process walkthroughs of current and future state processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and document process efficiencies.
Identifies, analyzes, develops, and documents process improvements.
Consult with leadership on process management and improvement.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor's degree equivalent education and relevant experience
4+ years of related experience
Knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in creating professional enablement/training content with ability to quickly learn new application software skill
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Experience in presenting, consulting, coaching, and advising CS leaders and well as front-line CS teams
Ability to identify common needs and issues across the organization.
