Job Description

Provides daily operations management of a small team of consultants in providing quality work product on customer engagements. Has a working knowledge of solutions, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family

Supervises a team of consultants to manage the operational performance goals. Develops and directs work schedules and monitors workflow to achieve established goals and objectives. Responsible for ensuring the team delivers functional and technical solutions on customer engagements. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. May participate in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members and take corrective actions to address poor performers. Performs administrative duties such as approving timesheets and expenses. Typically manages individual contributors

Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Working knowledge of product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus is important. Thorough understanding of Oracle*s products and services. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Consult with client leadership to develop site- and role-specific learning strategies and project plans to achieve targeted learning-enabled business outcomes

  • Lead and execute single-site learning projects, including implementation of learning curriculum, identification of curriculum gaps, tracking learning milestones, communication to stakeholders and post-project evaluation

  • Propose creative solutions to mitigate identified project risks and overcome barriers, partnering with project leadership as needed

  • Leverage learning systems to monitor, analyze and report on key learning performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement

  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships and establish support for learning solutions

  • Direct on-site logistics for training events and other learning-related meetings

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

  • At least 1 year learning/adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

  • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
