Provides daily operations management of a small team of consultants in providing quality work product on customer engagements. Has a working knowledge of solutions, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family
Supervises a team of consultants to manage the operational performance goals. Develops and directs work schedules and monitors workflow to achieve established goals and objectives. Responsible for ensuring the team delivers functional and technical solutions on customer engagements. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. May participate in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members and take corrective actions to address poor performers. Performs administrative duties such as approving timesheets and expenses. Typically manages individual contributors
Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Working knowledge of product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus is important. Thorough understanding of Oracle*s products and services. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed

Consult with client leadership to develop site- and role-specific learning strategies and project plans to achieve targeted learning-enabled business outcomes
Lead and execute single-site learning projects, including implementation of learning curriculum, identification of curriculum gaps, tracking learning milestones, communication to stakeholders and post-project evaluation
Propose creative solutions to mitigate identified project risks and overcome barriers, partnering with project leadership as needed
Leverage learning systems to monitor, analyze and report on key learning performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement
Build and maintain internal and external relationships and establish support for learning solutions
Direct on-site logistics for training events and other learning-related meetings
People Management Responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports):
Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments.
Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development.
Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.
At least 6 years total combined completed higher education and/or related work experience including:
At least 1 year Learning/adult education, project/program management, health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 5 years completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the job
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
- Bachelor's Degree
Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
Must live within 60 miles of a major international airport
Successful completion of the Consulting Academy training program and Federal Train the Trainer (TtT) program
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
