Provides daily operations management of a small team of consultants in providing quality work product on customer engagements. Has a working knowledge of solutions, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family

Supervises a team of consultants to manage the operational performance goals. Develops and directs work schedules and monitors workflow to achieve established goals and objectives. Responsible for ensuring the team delivers functional and technical solutions on customer engagements. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. May participate in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members and take corrective actions to address poor performers. Performs administrative duties such as approving timesheets and expenses. Typically manages individual contributors

Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Working knowledge of product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus is important. Thorough understanding of Oracle*s products and services. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

As a Learning Leader with Oracle Cerner 's Federal team you will develop long-term strategies for clients to achieve learning-enabled business outcomes. Duties include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to establish support for learning solutions, building and maintaining internal and external client relationships, and managing learning project resources and scope according to project plan and contractual commitments. You will also manage risks, learning milestones, reviews, and mitigation and issue resolution while escalating as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years total combined completed higher education and/or related work experience including:

  • At least 1 year Learning/adult education, project/program management, health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

  • At least 5 years completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the job

  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed

  • Must live within 60 miles of a major international airport

  • Successful completion of the Consulting Academy training program and Federal Train the Trainer (TtT) program

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
