Meta Learning Technology Operations Program Manager in Des Moines, Iowa
Summary:
Meta is looking for a process driven and strategic Technology Operations Program Manager to join the Global Operations Learning Organization’s (GOLO) Learning Technology team, tackling complex and interdependent initiatives that support technology operations, execution, and scaling. This highly collaborative role will be integral in supporting GOLO’s learning technology operations with focus on process definition and scaling, knowledge management, and governance. The ideal candidate will bring cross-functional project management experience in Learning Technology and has a passion for innovation, standardizing process, and scaling. This individual will be comfortable working across multiple, complicated, and fast-paced learning projects and initiatives in a global setting and is a natural communicator with the capability to share project status, flag risks timely, provide mitigation plans, and share qualitative/quantitative data with all stakeholders, project teams, and cross functional partners.

Learning Technology Operations Program Manager Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of GOLO’s long term vision with insight into the steps necessary to achieve it
Coordinate and manage execution of multiple complex emerging learning technology initiatives
Run cross-functional projects and programs effectively and efficiently by escalating risks, tracking decisions, empowering decision makers, identifying interdependencies, building project plans and managing stakeholders
Coordinate and communicate with project teams regularly and maintain full transparency, including calling out delays and roadblocks
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and support business goals
Collaborate with other teams on shared goals or dependencies and maintain effective communication with relevant partners
Role requires up to 20% travel
Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of strategic project/program management experience in any of the following: Learning & Development, Learning Technologies, Knowledge Management, Learning Technology Operations and Governance
Experience with enterprise learning technologies ideally including: LMS, LCMS, EPSS
Experience with effectively communicating and presenting complex information to a variety of audiences and engaging and influencing stakeholders
Self-starter and autonomous, experience multitasking, work independently, prioritize and get things done
Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities while balancing quality with on-time delivery
Experience working with a variety of collaboration tools
Effective communication skills
