Intel Logistics Foundry Senior Technical Program Manager in Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description

This position is a critical role in Intel's Global Logistics Organization (GLO) within the Customer Fulfillment Planning and Logistics Group (CPLG).

GLO is responsible for providing Best in Class global logistics services to our customers and across our various stages of manufacturing (ie Engineering, Fab, Wafer Level Assembly, Assembly/Test, etc..).

The GLO Foundry Program Manager will provide thought leadership and help drive GLO's transformation in support of IDM 2.0 and becoming a foundry. You will bring in industry Best in Class global logistics practices from Foundries (TSMC, Samsung, Global Foundries, Tower, etc..) and/or OSAT's. This includes defining requirements for our future state capabilities and implementation of a multi-year capability (people, process and tools) roadmap.

This is a trusted leadership position that is integral in setting and implementing GLO's capabilities to support Intel's IDM 2.0 and foundry strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years global logistics work experience at a Foundry (ie TSMC, Samsung, GlobalFoundries, etc...) or an OSAT.

  • Successful history of leading strategic global logistics transformations in SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience in global logistics and Foundry/OSAT industry best practices for capabilities (people, business processes, key decisions and tools) .

  • MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job and/or academic experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
