Manager, eCommerce Marketplace
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Manager eCommerce Marketplace, are to:
Exceed Sales, Distribution and Merchandising KPIs goals for Marketplace partners and develop/build marketplace strategy and drive long term profitable growth;
Make recommendations to identify and make recommendations for 3P agency partners to support marketplace development.
Develop annual business plan and develop and execute promotional plans to achieve growth targets within budget for all key categories;
Execute monthly forecasting to ensure Bayer meets/exceeds all customer supply metrics, this includes baseline business, new item pipelines, and promotional volume;
Manage budget (trade and other) and deduction resolution to stay within budgets/estimates (trade budget managed to 1-2% of bottom line total);
Use appropriate tools/programs to meet all compliance and audit requirements;
Collaborate with key customer contacts and multiple functions across the business to build the holistic marketplace commercial plan;
Identify new and profitable opportunities to improve the Profit and Loss for marketplace and work closely with the 1P Pureplay team to drive efficiencies across Commercial and Supply Chain;
Work with brand, customer channel and shopper teams to establish an aligned business approach to marketplace linking the right category insights and category specific execution plans;
Work with Media team to ensure we have a targeted and aligned approach to manage search and retail media in line with overall business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree ;
At least seven years of progressive Sales, Sales Strategy, eCommerce, or Trade Marketing experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience;
Teamwork, develop relationships, strong written and verbal communication, ability to influence, analytical, problem solving, and ability to prioritize;
Customer focus, drives results and manage complexity;
Have courage, drive vision and purpose, manage ambiguity, cultivates innovation and business insights;
Financial acumen and drive stakeholder engagement.
