This is an outstanding opportunity to develop cross-functional, and cross-product expertise in pricing and packaging while gaining exposure to high priority products and market expansion initiatives. You will involve in investigating and evaluating strategies to take advantage of market opportunities to accelerate growth. You will collaborate with leaders in our product and marketing organizations to help craft new business models, define strategies for new offerings, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers, and drive overall monetization. We are looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager to support and inspire change in our Pricing and Packaging Strategy team. Interested? Come join us!


  • Partner with product leadership and drive the process to identify, prioritize products & features to be packaged and priced

  • Nurture EVP/SVP/VP level relationships at Salesforce

  • Build revenue-maximizing strategies combining multi-point market information

  • Design & lead qualitative and quantitative sales and customer research to test strategy hypotheses on pricing & packaging

  • Design analysis to draw conclusions from product and feature usage patterns

  • Conduct market research on competitors in similar and adjacent markets

  • Craft strategic plans with internal partners, including GMs, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Sales leaders, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and customer service and professional services groups

  • Persuasively communicate your findings and recommendations to all levels of management through clear presentations and the qualitative factors that complement your analyses


  • 5 years of working experience for a Manager; 7+ years for a Senior Manager

  • Prefer 2 years of experience in a technology company

  • Preferred 2+ years of subscription pricing experience

  • Preferred prior management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, pricing/product strategy or product management experience or MBA

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and time leadership skills

  • Ability to influence the decisions of leadership cross-functionally

  • Curious, creative, & strategic you love to solve sophisticated challenges

  • Experience leading and running concurrent projects with sophisticated partner dynamics

  • Enjoy working with large data sets and supporting tools/languages, e.g., SQL, Business Objects, Tableau, R, Python

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
