You'll partner with local Sales and Relationship Management teams to successfully sell our suite of full service retirement solutions. Here are some of the examples of the things you'll do:
Drive retirement plan sales throughout the market by partnering with the local teams and consultants to promote the sale of defined contribution and defined benefit products targeted for retirement plans in the 200M + space.
Build and establish relationships with consultants and plan sponsors.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and more than 6 years of sales experience or experience in employee benefits or financial service industry
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving skills, oral and written communication skills, leadership skills and knowledge of retirement products is required
The ability to command respect and credibility through intelligence, integrity, maturity and presence is required
Significant overnight travel is required
Licenses Required within 5 months of employment:
Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63).
Resident Life and Health appointment must be attained.
This role will be remote from any location in the United States.
