The Marketing Program Management Leader will lead the Marketing Program Management (MPM) and Producer teams in the oversight, management, operations, and execution of marketing campaigns, as defined by Deloitte's US CMO and Business Chief Marketing Officers (BCMOs). Employing agile methodology, the MPM team works in close collaboration with Marketing Excellence (ME) team members scoping and executing campaigns and related projects on behalf of the firm. They maintain a deep understanding of their assigned book of business and key relationships and are responsible for leading the integrated agency team of creatives, communications, strategy and producer professionals in the execution of campaigns, managing scope, resourcing, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and interim milestones across all parties for campaign execution. As well as working very closely with their in-house marketing and agency team members, the MPMs also engage external resources as needed.
MPMs maintain a deep understanding of their assigned book of business and key relationships, serve as strategic advisors to their marketing and agency colleagues and are responsible for leading campaign teams in resourcing the day-to-day management of campaigns, managing scope, schedules, budget risks, issues, decisions, and interim milestones across all parties.
The Producer team manages the full production process for complex deliverables leveraging their deep expertise in design and delivery of engaging and innovative live, virtual, digital and mixed-media experiences (ex. events, webcasts, Deloitte.com, video, and photography).

This role is the equivalent to an SVP, Account Director in the broader agency marketplace.

Oversee the team of Marketing Program Directors, Executive Producer, and their teams, and - providing leadership support of agilely developed and executed world-class campaigns

Demonstrate deep understanding of the breadth of ME's offerings and how best to leverage to optimally meet business needs
Play pivotal integration role to ensure deep stakeholder understanding and consistent knowledge of marketing's agency services and appropriate application / implementation of established best practices and offerings
Partner with Deloitte's US CMO, BCMO teams, Brand and Sponsorship, Creative, Strategy, and Communications leaders to create effective marketing strategies, execution plans, and measurement
Collaborate demonstratively building relationships of confidence and trust with their fellow leaders across Strategy, Creative, Communications, Brand and Sponsorship, Operations and BCMOs; fostering a "one team" culture
Lead with a client service focus, providing targeted, actionable insights across ME
Apply future-forward B2B marketing principles like Demand Generation, data-driven marketing, journey orchestration, and segmentation and initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional SMEs
Provide input, direction, and strategy related to key aspects of Agile methodology
Manage team resources, budgets, staffing, resource allocation/utilization
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy, planning, and leadership - can include brand management, advertising, account management
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Deep experience building, leading and developing teams
Passion for doing innovative work that demonstrably delivers business impact
Deep understanding and appreciation for marketing and agency management principles, structure and capabilities, a client-centric approach, operations, and digital trends
Budget and time management leadership
Understanding of creative design, production management, delivery channels, and marketing technology stacks
Knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategies and implications for process, data, tech, and people
Working knowledge and practical experience with Agile ways of working
Written and verbal communications and presentation skills necessary to work across numerous organizational units and layers and communicate marketing value to non-marketing stakeholders
Proven ability to successfully navigate and succeed in a matrixed organization
Ability to manage and motivate others, with strong persuasive, analytical, project management, and organizational skills; able to gain consensus through influence and negotiation
Ability to create collaborative working environment within and across teams
Ability to take the initiative, drive continuous improvement, and effectively handle several work threads at any given time
Experience in advancing the organization's mission and identifying opportunities and turning them into realities as an active member of the leadership team
Apply effectively a disciplined and focused work approach, keen attention to accuracy and detail
Masterful at problem-solving complex issues

Level : SM2 with potential to become Managing Director eligible

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126535 - $259830.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
