Patient Service Representative
Do you like being responsible for a variety of activities related to patient intake and care? Then this Patient Services Role is for you! This Patient Service Representative will be responsible for greeting, taking incoming calls, schedule patients and gathering all information needed to maintain patient files. Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Receive and send written business correspondence
You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
1+ years of past relevant experience
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
Experience with Check Patients
Practical knowledge of Conducting Phone Screens
Call Center Customer Service experience preferred
Earlier work involving Detailed Documentation
Good understanding of Email Correspondence
Calendar Management experience
Adeptness in Client Relations
Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph experience desired
General familiarity with Complete Documentation
Confirming Appointments experience highly preferred
Previous experience working with File Management
Demonstrated knowledge of cold calling
Appropriate Documentation experience required
Background working with database management
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks
