About this role:
Wells Fargo Vendor Finance is seeking an Account Manager for Middle Market Vendor responsible for providing relationship support to established Middle Market Vendor Programs.
In this role, you will:
Participate in developing knowledge of sales strategies and have exposure to Middle Market Vendor program management
Support the more experienced relationship and territory managers in resolving customer inquiries related to equipment finance accounts originated through third party programs.
Review basic or tactical customer requests for which answers can be quickly obtained
Be responsible for knowledge development in the Equipment Finance/VEndor Finance Account Management functional area
Receive direction from relationship management leads and exercise judgment while developing understanding of the functional area
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Provide cross program relationship support to third party program accounts in Middle Market Vendor
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Equipment Finance/Vendor Finance Account Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Vendor Equipment Finance Underwriting Experience Preferred
4-year Bachelor's degree in either Finance, Accounting or Economics
Financial Services experience
Knowledge of legal documentation, pricing and structuring concepts under third party program arrangements
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated
Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities
