Job Description
The MIS Reporting Analyst will participate in the development, maintenance and verification of critical MIS dashboards based on KPI reports associated with credit card account portfolio management. The individual will work directly with Risk Managers and key stakeholders to fulfill reporting requests, information requests and maintenance of reports. Whenever possible, automate processes for monthly/weekly/daily data gathering and tabulation of KPI reports.
Develop, maintain, and update supporting documentation for MIS necessary reports.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Seven to ten years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Five or more years of experience in an applicable risk management environment associated with credit card
Experience with SAS, SQL or similar software
Experience with Mainframe query applications such as FOCUS is a plus
Knowledge in data management, analysis and simulation
Expert knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
Expert knowledge of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
Advanced knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects and people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
Knowledge and understanding of the credit risk life cycle within the credit card industry
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and interpretive skills
A strong track record and business knowledge in the financial services sector with a deep understanding of credit card credit risks
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic solutions that meet business constraints
Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to flourish in a collaborative working environment
Advanced degree in computer science, MIS, statistics, finance, economics, engineering, or similar quantitative disciplines

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $95,540.00 - $112,400.00 - $123,640.00
