What You'll Do

As a New Business Support Specialist , you'll manage New Business applications by capturing and reviewing case information to ensure all necessary details are complete and accurate.

Your day will be filled with :

• Facilitating the processing of New Business cases, including application readiness. Reviewing the application package for completeness and accurately analyzing available information.

• Coding new information into the system while meeting production and quality goals.

• Ensuring client information is accurate as well as ensuring the process moves quickly for our customers.

• Identifying potential problems and taking appropriate action.

• Ensuring documents received are compliant with state regulations.

• Requesting and providing additional information to external and internal business partners that will help the application move through the process with ease.

• Requesting information from vendors as appropriate.

• Performing other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Who You Are

• High school degree or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience required (i.e., clerical, administrative).

• Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.

• Ability to consider both big picture concerns and day-to-day activities when prioritizing work.

• PC experience and a strong understanding of business unit processes/systems.

• Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and adapt to changing environments.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$15.07 - $20.10 / hour

Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
