Summary

HII Technical Solutions Division (TSD) is looking for an Operations Advisor to provide Air National Guard (ANG) Operational Training Support (OTS) continuity and advise Government leadership on all ANG OTS operational and technical matters for the Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC) in Des Moines, IA. *MV *TE

What you will do

Contribute your expertise to the operational and technical optimizations initiatives across the DTOC. Consult with the DTOC Director of Operations (DO) to evaluate operations, assess the utilization of resources and develop and implement improvement strategies in line with DTOC Objectives.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Focus to build continuity between Current Operations, Support Operations, and Cyber Flight in order to execute DTOC mission

• Coordinate, track, support cross flight special projects

• Define timelines/deadlines for deliverables and decision points

• Identify and coordinate financial impacts to project completion

• Recommend project priority to Director of Operations

• Participate in meetings with Government leadership and provide recommendations on priorities, projects, etc.

• Participate as Event Controller for multiple Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) event types as required

What we are looking for

10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience at the DTOC supporting operational training in a DMO environment

• Working knowledge of simulators, networks, DMO technologies, and Cybersecurity/RMF

• Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
