• Review and process new business applications

• Partner with agents to determine eligibility and coverage requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a Customer Service, Processing, or Data Entry role required

• Background in insurance claims or insurance processing is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred
