Intel Platform Die Planner in Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Manage the supply-demand analysis (SDA) for Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD)'s Embedded Multi-die Interconnect Bridge (EMIB) across the fab, sort, die prep, and substrate supplier network. This includes ensuring accurate and timely loading of demand by all platforms, conveying that information to the supply-chain stakeholders (fab, sort, die prep, substrates suppliers), and communicating regularly with internal stakeholders as well as the substrate suppliers as needed. As needed, the bridge-die planner will need to work with the various platforms on prioritization of line items.

Own the overall bridge-die SDA business process for test vehicles, including future improvements, such as automation of the process.

Opportunities exist for additional scope growth, such as managing the new-product introduction (NPI) process for EMIB bridge die and/or managing the logic test-chip SDA between the platforms, Logic Technology Development (LTD), and the external silicon team.

Additional growth opportunities include picking up responsibilities associated with the platform manufacturing integrator role.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Experience listed below would be obtained through schoolwork and/or classes and/or project work and/or internships and/or military training and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess an AA/AS and/or Technical program and/or 6+ months of military experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in planning or managing a supply chain.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
