Meta Premier Partner Protection Lead in Des Moines, Iowa

Summary:

The Premier Partner Operations team develops solutions for high-profile partners and creators by designing and implementing scaled systems to address issues impacting their experiences across the suite of Meta products. Within Premier Partner Operations, the Protection team protects premier partners and ensures safe connections with their followers. We do so by understanding the landscape, identifying and analyzing problems and trends, and executing strategic solutions. Premier Partner Protection Operations mission is to provide world-class protection and support to our constituents by leveraging deep insights and automation. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams, including product, policy, partnerships, other ops/integrity teams to ensure high quality and safe experiences for our partners. This role leads a team of project managers who are responsible for establishing the integrity of our operations for our constituency set, by working to anticipate and predict potential threats and abuse in our ecosystem, create policies and tools to fight against these threats, and implement and enforce scaled solutions.Successful candidates for this team are adaptable, creative, have a bias toward action, aren't afraid of being wrong, and can successfully work across various teams & countries.

Premier Partner Protection Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a high-performance team in a cross functional heavy, analytical minded and operations focused organization.

  2. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team.

  3. Develop team goals and work with direct reports on prioritization, strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results.

  4. Establish, build, and communicate effectively progress against top line metrics.

  5. Manage high priority inbound escalations from our constituents by providing guidance to the team.

  6. Identify and prioritize investigative and analytical opportunities to mitigate account compromise risks to Meta’s high profile partners.

  7. Ensure the team’s account security product suite and services are effective and kept up-to-date.

  8. Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.

  9. Develop domain expertise across the Premier Partner Protection Operation and work closely with partners across a wide range of functions such as Product, Partnerships, Policy, Ops/Integrity Team, Safety, etc.

  10. Coordinate with global cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal/Policy, Sales, and Operations to prioritize, problem solve, and develop solutions that enable safe & fair connections between our constituency set and the Meta community.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of work experience in an abuse, investigations, cybersecurity, consulting, or online operations environment.

  2. 3+ years of people management or leadership experience.

  3. Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  4. Demonstrated experience to follow-through on execution and procure necessary resources to remove roadblocks for the team.

  5. Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  6. Experience presenting data in a clear and compelling manner, and influencing change through data driven insights.

  7. Interest for ensuring user experience.
