Applications Service Excellence (ASE) is seeking a highly accomplished Employee Experience Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives in support of the business and the transformation happening across the organization. In this role, the goal is to create the best culture and employee experience for our employees in ASE. This role will also have a strong emphasis on talent management to design programs that help attract, develop, engage and retain talent, organizational effectiveness with utilizing change management principles to support organizational change initiatives, culture to bring innovative ideas, people changes and new programs that will enhance organizational culture and the employee experience. This role will also be responsible for leading the yearly Ambassador program, who is made up of a group of employees across ASE who design recommendations of focus areas dedicated to the employee experience in response to Oracle’s yearly employee survey.
This critical position is responsible for driving strategic programs/projects and creating and executing against the project plan. You will join us at a time when we are designing the future of how to supporting programs and projects at mass scale and ensuring you connect our executives, SMEs and team members globally. This position reports to the Director of Business Transformation in ASE.
This candidate will be focused on program and project management work related to the employee experience and culture and also focus on operational excellence and process improvement. This is not a technical project management role. Ideally, this candidate has a change management background and can manage change management aspects of the role too - focused on the people side of the change.
The ideal candidate has extensive program and project management skills, has managed product, innovation, employee initiatives, is a strategic and creative thinker and is calm and level-headed under pressure. This candidate has a proven track record of rolling out successful employee experience programs and projects. This individual has an extreme ability to connect the dots across many programs and understand how one project impacts other areas of the business both up and downstream. This individual excels at working collaboratively with high-level executives and colleagues and consistently delivers high-quality work even under time constraints and pressure.
Responsibilities for the Employee Experience Program
Overall, design and implement ASEs employee experience strategy with the goal of creating the best culture and employee experience. Keep up on current trends and best practices in employee experience and engagement and recommend new ideas that align with ASEs strategic plan, mission, visions and values.
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Determine KPIs to measure success of the project
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, dependencies, risks, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Create presentations to support program/project
In some cases, create and deliver training and communications related to program/project
Qualifications for Program/Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
8+ years of project management and related experience
Employee and Culture experience a must
Proven success developing and designing org design / talent strategies
Proven success with transforming culture / employee experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Articulation skills and strong verbal and presentation skills
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Ability to influence and work with people at all levels

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $120,400 to $241,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $113,800 to $216,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $113,800 to $229,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $127,100 to $229,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
