Meta Privacy Review Operations Program Manager in Des Moines, Iowa

Summary:

Meta is seeking a highly-motivated individual to drive program management for the Privacy Review Operations team, with a concentration in new hire learning and education. The future of work at Meta will be more flexible and distributed, as people work across offices and regions. Effective onboarding and training programs that facilitate and encourage consistency and cohesion are critical to enabling this new way of work.This role will own and drive training and onboarding programs and processes for Meta’s Privacy Review organization, which works closely with product managers to learn about new products, and partner with legal, public policy, product marketing, security, and other teams across the company to identify potential privacy challenges and drive towards consensus-based risk mitigation solutions. The Privacy Review Operations team supports and enables privacy program managers to execute faster, better, and more efficiently while driving overall Privacy Review program maturity. This role is critical to our success as we invest in our training solutions to empower our workforce with the privacy review information, skills, and tactics they need in their work.

Required Skills:

Privacy Review Operations Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver onboarding training for new hires to the Privacy Review organization.

  2. Develop strategy for consistent and concurrent onboarding delivery.

  3. Partner with Privacy Review experts and cross functional teams to understand the learning needs of key audiences globally.

  4. Influence and advise stakeholders, translating learning needs and subject matter expertise into effective and engaging learning solutions that drive behavior change and business impact.

  5. Engage with learning asset production partners, and occasionally design and build assets independently.

  6. Oversee the design of innovative blended learning experiences, ensuring they are scalable and inclusive.

  7. Execute (including facilitation as needed) and manage the delivery of learning offerings for audiences.

  8. Build upon current programs and products to ensure our learners continually receive the highest impact learning experiences.

  9. Establish and manage relationships with our external network of vendors to provide the implementation of high priority learning projects – from ideation through design, delivery, measurement and ongoing maintenance.

  10. Play an active role by contributing to the growth and scale of the Privacy Learning Program with innovative designs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in communications, policy, or similar field

  2. 2+ years experience working in fast-paced program management roles

  3. Demonstrated experience working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

  4. Demonstrated experience conveying complex concepts concisely and clearly at all levels

  5. Demonstrated experience working with large scale cross-functional teams across multiple departments and locations

  6. Effective communicator across digital and in-person platforms

  7. Experience project management skills and a proven track record of managing and delivering against timelines

  8. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and learning principles

  9. Knowledge of a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, eLearning, and virtual instructor-led training

  10. High attention to detail and the experience to provide specific and actionable feedback

  1. Master's degree in communications, learning and development or similar field

  2. Experience in Learning & Development and/or instructional design

  3. Experience scaling global learning and training programs

  4. Experience with learning measurement, surveys, and associated data analysis

  5. Experience working in learning in the technology industry

  6. Experience with Privacy, Security, Risk or Compliance learning projects
