Job Description

Insight Global is currently hiring for a Professional Services Lead at a top financial client with an office in Pune, India. The role involves developing and executing the PGS India Sourcing and Category Strategy for professional services, including IT contingent labor, managed services, and consulting engagements, in alignment with global strategies. Building strong relationships with internal business units to understand their strategies and translating these into sourcing strategies that drive business value is crucial. The role includes managing competitive bid processes, leading negotiations, and ensuring favorable contractual arrangements. It also involves developing strategic supplier management processes, driving compliance and audit initiatives, and working with managed service providers to optimize suppliers. Additionally, the role requires maintaining contingent worker policies, enforcing contract compliance, leading financial governance, performing supplier risk assessments, and supporting internal audits. Frequent interaction with program leaders and stakeholders to understand their experiences and make recommendations for program improvement is also essential. This candidate can expect to be paid between $35K-$59K depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of end-to-end procurement experience

 3+ of leading professional services & consulting categories in an Indian service sector located in SPTI/ SEZ unit

 Experience working with MSPs and VMSs, contingent worker programs, RPOs in a large corporate, global environment

 Ability to lead, consult large scale IT Managed services requirements from sourcing perspective, and provide solution design and guidance Coupa experience

 Any experience with ERP/Source to Pay tools

 Ability to lead and mentor, eventually get into leadership role

 certifications like CIPS /CPSM/ equivalent null
