Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Overview of Change Management Technical Program Manager Position

Oracle Change Management is looking for a Change Management Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the implementation of its new solutions that are centered around reducing service impact caused by change, improvement of Change Management Compliance, and utilizing automation to remove the human from Change Management.

The Change Management TPM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Change Management adherence and adopt Change Management programs including impact analysis, stakeholder management, communications, training, and ensuring that new solutions are rolled out successfully and in a sustainable way.

High-level Change Management TPM Roles and Responsibilities

In this position, the Change Management TPM will execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for our impacted users and stakeholders.

As a successful Change Management Manager, you will use influence and innovation to maximize change solution and process. adoption in a Cloud DevOps operating model

Key Change Management TPM Skills and Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of the change process, as defined by ITIL, NIST, or ISO

  • Understanding of a DevOps and Agile service model design

  • Experience working with Agile team structures

  • A successful, proven track record with large-scale organizational change efforts

  • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and the SDLC

  • Strong collaborator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

  • Orchestrate organizational adoption of new processes

  • Excellent written communication and training development skills

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and organization skills supported by strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization and have the ability to present to executive management

  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills

  • Expertise with standard productivity and Agile tooling

  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills

  • Believe in and demonstrate OCI’s core values

  • BA or BS degrees. Masters sometimes preferred
