What you'll do
As a Mobile Apps Quality Analyst in our Retirement & Income Solutions business area, you’ll be responsible for hands on testing of mobile applications on a variety of physical devices, as well as set up automated tests. If you love spending time on your mobile device and learning how new technology works, this could be your dream position!

Test iOS/Apple and Android mobile applications across multiple devices
Write automated test scripts for the mobile applications
Provide detailed documentation on findings
Collaborate on user stories and requirements
Triage and troubleshoot user issues and bugs

We’re looking for someone with:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate’s degree when defining “equivalent work experience”)
4+ years of software, website, or mobile app testing experience
Expertise in testing practices (Unit, Regression, Functional, Integration, Automated, etc.)
Additional preferred technical experience:
Mobile Application testing experience
Automated testing tools, such as Cucumber.
Experience with both Android and Apple mobile phones
Knowledge of financial services products
Core competencies for success:
Extremely detail oriented
Willing to consider applicants at multiple job levels.
