As the Regional Sales Director, Automation Sales, you will be responsible for setting and implementing MuleSoft and Salesforce’s mutual Go-to-market sales strategy for the MuleSoft Automation product family. You will lead, build and grow an overlay corporate sales organization for this product family. In this 1st-line leadership role, you will plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and assume responsibility for the product family Annual Contract Revenue (ACV) target in your region, reporting to the AMER-RVP.

The teams you lead here at MuleSoft will directly impact the growth of our overall organization and support the broader Go-to-market strategy of MuleSoft AMER. You will be masterful in client and internal collaborator engagement and impact how your customers do business in a constantly evolving environment. You will mentor your team to develop in their careers and inspire your team to do the best work of their life.

Your Qualifications

  • 3-10+ yrs of leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more

  • Proven successful experience in leading Account Executives

  • Proven ability to create impactful teams and lead them to success

  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
