Intel Regional System Integrator (SI) Strategist in Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description

Be part of a dynamic initiative and team focused on growing the influence and impact of our system integrator channel on Intel's revenue and market position. This role will work with our system integrator channel and partner sales account managers (PSAMS) to drive revenue, increase share, and strengthen Intel's brand.

Regional SIs encompass national, cloud, and operational technology (OT) system integrators. The Regional SI accounts will require the candidate to possess executive and technical skills to go deep with 15 to 20 named accounts and scale to more than 300 SIs globally. This role requires knowledge of Intel's business unit objectives to effectively set strategy, the skills to remove technical and business obstacles, and the ability to orchestrate and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).

In this role, a candidate will work successfully and directly with our regional account teams and SI partners worldwide. Each region owns the partner relationships, while a successful candidate will look globally across SI accounts to develop common strategies and practices, aggregate and interpret strategic and market trends, and remove obstacles to achieving KPIs.

In this role, a successful candidate will:

  • Own the global strategy and portfolio for regional SI's across the data center and networking business workstreams.

  • Engage partner account managers and the SI accounts to execute Intel's business unit strategies.

  • Work across the broad Intel organization to align resources and support for regional SIs worldwide throughout all workstreams (Cloud, AI, Data center modernization, networking, etc.).

  • Develop new benefits and value for our SI partners through technical support, streamlined processes, and the Intel Partner Alliance Program.

  • Provide Regional SI expertise to ensure relevance for the partner type in go-to-market playbooks, collateral, and sales plays.

  • Develop a low-touch programmatic engagement for scale SI's within the data center and cloud business (i.e., benefits based on opportunities shared through deal registration)

  • Understand how to sell solutions across AI, Cloud, and vertical markets.

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and collaboration skills - including reaching trusted advisor status with customers, partners, and Intel account teams.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship .

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

  • 5+ years of combined experience in the following:

  • Experience in a technical sales, pre-sales or other customer facing role.

  • Experience with or having worked directly for a global system integrator.

Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA or equivalent experienced desired.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $105,797.00-$175,105.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
