What you will be doing:

TTEC “Agility” (https://www.ttec.com/agility) is seeking a Sales Executive to grow our Mid-Market portfolio of clients spanning a diverse set of industries.

You'll sell our business-to-business services to provide operational and technological excellence and position our customer engagement strategy beyond just outsourced services in providing amazing customer experiences. You'll achieve success through partnering with internal subject matter experts and incorporating next level services into your conversations including consulting, big data analytics, virtual agents, AI and Intelligent Automation. Applying your enthusiasm for sales, you'll lead efforts to acquire new customers and increase revenue through demand creation, channel engagement, managing pipelines and closing sales.

Reporting to the SVP, Sales, you'll impact the business through building lasting client relationships and partnering alongside multiple team members to increase revenue.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Become the resident expert on TTEC Agility services, and will sell to new prospective mid-market clients our technology enabled customer experience services & solutions

  • Close complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders across the US

  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, sales methodologies and processes

  • Manage pipeline, sales activity and ability to accurately forecast

  • Use your value based selling expertise to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate win-win agreements

  • Oversee the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closing while maintaining an accurate forecast with our CRM

  • Be the trusted advisor to client prospects in offering solutions using effective sales strategies by demonstrating an understanding of their goals, urgencies, and customer experience challenges

What You Bring to the Role

  • 4 years of B2B services based solution sales

  • Success prospecting, engaging, acquiring mid-market customers

  • Demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota

  • Experience with technology enabled services sales

  • Executive presence and confidence to navigate client environments

  • Background developing and growing senior level relationships within target client organizations and influence purchase and buying decisions

  • Articulate how TTEC capabilities align to client requirements.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $100,000-$120,000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
