At EFCO, we believe in helping those responsible for the construction of the world's concrete structures with a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient concrete formwork solution. We do this by engineering, designing, manufacturing, supplying and field servicing formwork and elevated slab shoring systems for concrete construction.
We are seeking a qualified Salesforce Administrator at our Corporate Des Moines Headquarters. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance coordination and improvement of our CRM platform, while supporting larger scale enhancements and releases. This person is expected to continue to develop best practice skill sets through certification, self-education, user group membership, and/or other external training opportunities. 2-3 years' experience in Salesforce administration experience.
Knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, etc.) and/or integration with external systems.
Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality.
Detailed oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to utilize Salesforce as a sales analyst tool. Minimum expectation of a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and/or equivalent related experience.
Team player with a positive "Can-Do" attitude. Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality.
Must also have above average interpersonal and written skills, with ability to prioritize assignments and adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary.
Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
