The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
$86,900.00 - $143,400.00

Job Description Summary

In this role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to create and improve omnichannel customer journeys in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Marketing Cloud.
You will work on a variety of customer communications by developing and executing email and SMS touch points across the customer lifecycle.
The work arrangement for this position is based on location.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Design customer communication journeys across multiple channels
Serve as the voice of the customer with other business partners
Support technical development of customer communication solutions, from requirement analysis to deployment of email, SMS, landing pages and push notifications.
Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
Empathetic, intellectually curious, digitally minded, and customer focused.

High School diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of customer communication or UX experience.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience working in ExactTarget or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder. Experience with Advertising Studio, Audience Studio, Datorama are a plus. Prior experience in project/program management and familiarity with Agile Methodology will also be helpful.
