Sr. Account Manager

Energy & Water Efficiency Programs

Jacksonville, FL

We are seeking an Account Manager with an interest in energy and water efficiency to take a significant role in the implementation of programs that will deliver and expand our offerings in Jacksonville. This position requires experience with public speaking as well as strong writing, editing, and research skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in support of various utility sponsored programs that encourage energy and water efficiency are successfully executed

  • Act as customer's advocate to ensure the customer obtains accurate knowledge of program offerings

  • Develop a data driven outreach strategy to recruit and retain new and existing customers to participate in energy and/or water efficiency programs

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential energy and/or water efficiency upgrades for customers

  • Increase customer awareness of benefits resulting from utility program benefits

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing successful client relationships and related project management activities

  • 3+ years of MS Office Applications (Dynamics, Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degre

  • A background with utilities or commercial products

  • Experience with the energy and/or water efficiency market in Florida
