Cornerstone onDemand Senior Content Partner Manager - REMOTE (United States) in Des Moines, Iowa

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Content Partner Manager to manage existing Cornerstone Content Partnerships and develop a strategic pipeline of Content partners in the North American region to bolster our Content Anytime and a la carte offerings. The right candidate will be a self-starter who loves to use their creative talents in everything they do!

In this role you will…

  • Build a strong pipeline of content partners across the region to strategically grow our Content ecosystem

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partners to curation, content operations, finance, Marketing and sales, globally

  • Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

  • Proactively audit reporting data to ensure that information is accurate across all data points

  • Develop a deep knowledge of products and partner services and processes

  • Partner internally to build full organizational capability around our products, services, and client organizations

  • Be responsible for daily Partner Management

    You’ve got what it takes if you have…

  • 7+ years of experience managing partners/alliances and a strong knowledge of the content/L&D space

  • Strong Business Development and networking skills across external and internal audiences

  • Ability to think strategically, while executing on daily tasks

  • Strong contract negotiation skills

  • Experience working for an HR-related content/eLearning provider

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Proficiency in Saleforce.com application

  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations
