  • Ford Credit is going through a major modernization, and we are looking for leadership that can bring that vision to reality

  • This person with have the opportunity to drive roadmaps to fruition and coach and mentor other IT members.

  • This person will have the ability to interact with Senior leadership from an engineering and product team standpoint.

What you'll do...

  • Works closely with the Product Owners to establish and/or contribute to the product roadmap whilst ensuring the development teams understand the strategy.

  • Actively pairs and coaches Software engineers in best-in-class software engineering practices

  • Works with third parties, internal partners, and software engineers across Ford to integrate products into various channels

  • Participates in technical architecture discussions around application functionality and integration.

  • Clearly communicates product vision to team members and stakeholders.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Even better, you may have...

  • 5+ years of active development experience in Adobe AEM Forms with integration to DocuSign or equivalent

  • MUST HAVE 5+ years with technical responsibilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 including Omnichannels

  • 5+ years with progressive responsibilities in software development utilizing agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, XP)

  • 5+ years of experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and building and managing backlogs.

  • Experience with modern software engineering tools and programming languages e.g. C#, Azure, Jenkins, PCF, GCP, Postman, APIC, APIM or Apigee, SonarQube, 42Crunch, JavaScript, React, Java, etc.

  • Passion and demonstrated ability to implement Lean/Lean Startup thinking, focusing on human-centered practices.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.

  • Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and business partners.

  • Self-driven to research and investigate new technologies and concepts.

  • Have exposure to lightweight product development methods such as user story mapping and/ or rapid prototyping
