This person with have the opportunity to drive roadmaps to fruition and coach and mentor other IT members.
This person will have the ability to interact with Senior leadership from an engineering and product team standpoint.
What you'll do...
Works closely with the Product Owners to establish and/or contribute to the product roadmap whilst ensuring the development teams understand the strategy.
Actively pairs and coaches Software engineers in best-in-class software engineering practices
Works with third parties, internal partners, and software engineers across Ford to integrate products into various channels
Participates in technical architecture discussions around application functionality and integration.
Clearly communicates product vision to team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Even better, you may have...
5+ years of active development experience in Adobe AEM Forms with integration to DocuSign or equivalent
MUST HAVE 5+ years with technical responsibilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 including Omnichannels
5+ years with progressive responsibilities in software development utilizing agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, XP)
5+ years of experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and building and managing backlogs.
Passion and demonstrated ability to implement Lean/Lean Startup thinking, focusing on human-centered practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.
Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and business partners.
Self-driven to research and investigate new technologies and concepts.
Have exposure to lightweight product development methods such as user story mapping and/ or rapid prototyping
