Zoom is seeking a Senior Learning Strategist to join our Compliance team. You will oversee the governance of all internal and external learning programs across Zoom's enterprise. This includes the hands-on design and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes for internal and external global learning. You will partner with cross-functional learning leaders to coordinate, plan, monitor, report on, and optimize educational programs that enhance workforce, community, and customer capabilities and drive compliance in our organization and with our business partners.
Consulting skills are of paramount importance and are significant success criteria for this role given the need to work with learning leaders and administrators by "connecting the dots" across the various stakeholder groups with several areas of focus. Your goal will be to create a cohesive and unified experience for learners, leveraging the content created and expertise from across the company for a high-impact learning culture.
Develop standards of excellence for internal and external global learning programs, in collaboration with cross-functional learning leaders
Develop a governance framework for rolling out, scheduling, and tracking internal and external learning programs in all formats and modalities
Design a framework, process, and governance around training and certification programs
Develop a framework for assessing the effectiveness of internal and external training programs
Advise around areas of potential cost reduction, increased learner engagement, and increased speed to proficiency, or any other means to positively impact learner experience
Lead the development and evaluation of Zoom learning policies and keep us on track to meet industry regulations and standards, including access controls and data lifecycle practices
Consult on and support customer-facing learning, branding, and communication deliverables
Create a metrics framework that can effectively measure the success of the global learning portfolio; own reporting to executive leadership to satisfy compliance requirements
Oversee the effective use of the Learning Management System to manage and evaluate learning using key metrics to support a high impact learning culture
Create a learning community among internal stakeholders and raise awareness of new technology and resources to enhance learning effectiveness
Liaise with Departmental Learning Leaders, LMS Administrators, and IT Product Manager and Administrators to make sure needs are being met with a lens of continuous improvement
Deep knowledge and comfortability with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including implementation and management
10+ years' overall experience with enterprise learning, organizational development, compliance, training or similar
Ability to establish credibility and working relationships with a wide range of corporate team members, including operations, management, executive, and legal staff as well as external personnel, including auditors and customers
Must be able to effectively communicate with varied company stakeholders utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience implementing and managing a change management program in an organization of at least several thousand employees
Experience in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent combination of specialized education and experience
Experience working in "startup" environments, technology (especially software-as-a-service)
Experience with security and privacy frameworks, compliance, sales enablement, and leadership development
Proven track record of successfully influencing others on whom you depend to achieve your goals
Certifications such as PMP, Prosci Change Management
Experience integrating Enterprise tools into an LMS including and not limited to: Workday, Salesforce, Okta, ServiceNow, and more
