Senior Solutions Architect
Work You’ll Do
Participate in the growth of a Deloitte’s hybrid business by conceiving solutions
Responsible for constructing a scalable solution architecture that addresses both near-term and longer-term requirements
Build solutions that employ the latest technologies including data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence that deliver concrete business outcomes; drive decisions related to partner / build
Create technology value propositions, use cases, solution blueprint and road map for solutions across different industry verticals
Liaise directly with senior business stakeholders and help to conceptualize business problems that need to be solved and propose solutions based on the needs
Educate internal stake holders, customers and partners on the value proposition of solutions, and participate in detailed architectural discussions to ensure that solutions are positioned appropriately
Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within and outside the organization including customers, partners to enable them to become advocates of the hybrid solution
As a key member of the technology team, ensure success in building and migrating solutions and communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals and strategies
In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through adoption and customer stickiness
Conduct training sessions, as needed, to transfer knowledge to stakeholders, customers and/or partners
Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community including authoring or otherwise contributing to external publications such as whitepapers and blogs.
Over a period of time, build and manage a small architecture organization that helps in proactively evaluating vendors that align to the solution strategy
Run and/or participate in architecture reviews and approvals
Socialization of architecture across the enterprise
Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise data and metadata structures
Develop, communicate and deploy Enterprise Architecture Governance processes including, but not limited to, effective solution documentation, identification of risks and exceptions
Deloitte New-venture Accelerator (DNA) has been established by Deloitte, LLP to drive the development and scaling of Hybrid businesses at Deloitte across the core Functions (business units) of Consulting, Advisory, Tax and Audit. Hybrids are solutions that combine Deloitte’s traditional services with IP-based products or content to create increased customer value. DNA is an internal accelerator that brings expertise in the creation, acquisition and growth acceleration of these businesses. DNA works alongside the Functions to identify and develop Hybrid opportunities and to develop people and process capabilities across the Functions and Enabling Areas to deliver against this strategy.
The right person will be highly technical and analytical, possess 15 years of conceiving and developing solution architecture (implementation/consulting) in the domain of machine learning, data analytics and artificial intelligence
Extensive experience in constructing solutions for large enterprise scale customers, development of use cases, value proposition, solution blueprints and solution design
Demonstrated experience in working across partners, customers and business stakeholders
Experience in architecting or deploying cloud/virtualization solutions for enterprise customers
Must have worked in the products and services organization
Familiarity with industry / off-the-shelf stacks and up-and-coming vendors in the AI space
Familiarity with 2-3 industry verticals such as Retail, Banking, Insurance
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
