About the role

The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for the delivery of Move Add Change (MAC) Projects. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of relocation and office move projects with new or existing construction of buildings. This position requires someone to be physically located in one of the listed locations.

What you’ll do

  • Lead all facets of MAC-related project efforts (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

  • Floor decommissioning, inventory, and reallocation for buildings in the listed locations throughout the USA.

  • Lead all facets of MAC-related project efforts (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

  • Demonstrate capability to understand and apply standard documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements/contracts, surveys, and drawings.

  • Lead, drive, and coordinate move management-related work orders including furniture, small moves, and team moves.

  • Maintain efficient, timely, and professional communication with our clients, vendors, and peers.

  • Interact with clients and team to define project requirements. Prepares MAC-related documents, vendor resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

  • Identifies project resources from pre-qualified lists; Conducts simple requests for proposals; completes bid analysis.

  • Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.

  • Implement communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.

  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.

  • Drive the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines.

  • Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or a combination of six years of education and construction project management experience in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum of six years of experience scheduling move management projects and floor decommissioning, inventory, and reallocation for corporate clients.

  • Must be available to work on weekends and off hours to support moves. Will work a flexible schedule.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Effective, efficient, and professional verbal and written communication.
