Cleo is looking for a data-driven, customer-focused individual for a Sr. Product Manager for Cleo Integration Cloud. You will be a member of the Cleo Product Management team and will work side by side with our team to guide our product strategy and direction.
Your natural curiosity will drive you to learn about our customer’s complex technical problems and you’ll use your abilities to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and collaborate to find the optimal solutions. #LI-Remote
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Drive roadmap based on extensive discovery and validation of customer needs, market trends and Cleo strategy
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Achieve growth objectives including gross margins, COGS and returns on investment for Cleo product(s) across various channels/categories
Define, build and test user stories, acceptance criteria and epics by working “three in a box” with Engineering and User Experience
Responsible for internal sales, services and support training and enablement on Cleo products
Analyze and recommend product enhancements based on product adoption and customer journey
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience in B2B
Deep experience in Integration, Cloud, and SaaS/iPaaS is a MUST
Technical background in building platform, microservices, APIs is preferred
Exposure to supply chain industry is a bonus
Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills
Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy
A passion for usability, user empathy and a knack for simplicity
Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
Demonstrated history or project portfolio displaying shipped products/feature
Strong project management and organization skills
Up to 10% travel when allowed
