Senior Sales Executive - ClaimsXten Portfolio

Work Location:

“Fully Remote - U.S.”Position:This role is aligned to ClaimsXten Portfolio’s overall Claims Editing business, designed to help healthcare payers ensure all claims from healthcare providers are coded correctly and reimbursed properly. ClaimsXten Portfolio seeks to hire seasoned and accomplished sales professional to expand our sales efforts within the U.S. Healthcare Payer market. We are looking for a focused individual who thrives in an environment of growth and who has demonstrated a highly successful sales track record in driving growth in an assigned region and/or group of accounts. This position provides high visibility, and extraordinary financial rewards. Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for all activity to design, develop, and deploy sales strategies and action plans required to secure targeted revenue for ClaimXten Porfolio Software and Services. Responsible for coordinating and managing all supporting business unit resources for the purpose of developing sales plans and executing targeted sales strategies. Responsible for prospecting, developing opportunities, and meeting sales goals/targets in an assigned territory to the Payer market

  • Sells ClaimXten claims editing software to new customers in an assigned region with named accounts to achieve or exceed assigned quota

  • Contacts prospective customers to determine product needs and perform sales presentations to match payer company’s identified needs

  • Prospects and develops business, responds to RFPs, and develops proposals for presentation to customer

  • Coordinates account resources with representatives from marketing, Pre-Sale Solution Design, and Operations.

  • Familiarity and comfort with regularly using CRM system (Salesforce.com). Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required

  • Provides follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products provided

  • Continually monitors and adjusts to competitive activities within region and maintains an active pulse on the general business climate

Requirements:

  • 8 + Years of direct enterprise software executive sales experience

  • A highly consultative sales background with superb communication skills

  • High level of comfort and experience working with Fortune 1000 accounts

  • Experience and credibility selling to the C & Senior Manager level

  • High level of ethical behavior

  • A high level of ambition balanced with good business judgment and instincts

  • Proven track record of closing seven figure transactions

  • Proven history of exceeding software sales quotas

  • Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships

  • Must have a proven track record of qualifying & closing deals resulting in a history of quota attainment

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Code Editing products and services a plus

  • Working knowledge of payment adjudication cycle a plus

  • Technical acumen and the ability to relate it with business value

  • High intellect and the capacity to multitask

  • Capacity to think and act on both a tactical and strategic level

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:• General office demandsTravel:• Willingness to travel 70% of the time for for offsite client meetings, conferences, and internal business meetings.• Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, ClaimsXten Portfolio offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $96,570.00 - $239,160.00
