Principal's Software Engineer interns solve problems by gathering user requirements, defining systems functionalities, and developing testable code in various languages. You will aid in improving operations, documenting and demonstrating solutions, and ensuring software is updated and secure. You will learn how to design and develop software and systems that meet user needs and comply with project and industry standards.
Our IT internship program offers opportunities for 85+ IT interns and has a strong reputation with over 20 years of history. You’ll work on real projects with a range of team members, including other interns through senior level management. We'll place you in a role customized to your expertise and interests, all while working in a collaborative Agile team environment. Current enrollment in an accredited program of study related to IT, engineering, or other correlated areas (ex: computer science, MIS, engineering, etc.)
Minimum 2.8 Cumulative GPA
Co-curricular Involvement on campus or in your community
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Strong work ethic
A passion for technology and solving problems
Intermediate Level Programming Skills (Java, .Net, etc.)
Leadership positions or initiative within student or community organizations
