Senior Software Engineer (Trust & Safety)

Trust & Safety Engineer (Java)
Hands on software development for applications and consoles used by Trust and Security - these applications will perform at scale, be supportable, and be extensible
Deep analytical skills and the ability to understand both the technical and relationship aspects of “getting things done” at a modern software company.
Build systems which allow our customers to have a convenient way to report/track legal, compliance, abusing tickets and build a system for internal T&S team to process/handle the tickets.
Develop applications and consoles that will signal Computation, Anti-abuse, Case Moderation, Rules Engines, Real-time stream.
Using your expertise java/python skills, working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain Zoom applications built on Spring Framework and microservices technologies to support hundreds of millions of customers.
Develop highly performant large scale distributed applications
Assisting in the collection and communication of the product team and customer's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
Working with operations teams to ensure your applications and services are highly available and reliable.
Hands on development on WebServices (REST or RPC or SOAP based) and WebService Security Development of APIs and reusable components specifically.
BS degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline (CS, Eng, etc.).
4+ years relevant professional experience.
Have successfully built, deployed, and supported an enterprise-scale web application in the cloud.
Ideally have full-stack experience, with expertise in at least one layer.
Hands-on software development experience in Java.
Experience working with modern cloud tools / services such as AWS.
Cognizant of modern database (SQL and NoSQL)/storage technologies
Understands complex workflows and develops and validates innovative solutions to solve difficult problems.
Experience with multi-threaded programming.
Experience with data science and machine learning.
Experience developing applications on Linux.
Experience solving internet scale problems
Experience working on cloud (on-demand) software
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Previous experience on compliance or T&S app/features developing, processing, have some senses on T&S related issue processing cycle
