Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,900 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses. The initial responsibility for this technical role will be to provide automated regression and unit testing. Individual will need to design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. The responsibilities of this position will include full stack development with a focus on Selenium, XUNIT and C#. The applicant will be a member of a Kanban team and participate in the support, testing and development of multiple different applications. Candidate will be responsible for developing new documentation and departmental technical procedures. Direct the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets. Act as an escalation point, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems. Lead projects. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for the supported technology domain.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience

  • 5+ years of C#.NET experience

  • 3 + years of experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)

  • 1+ years of experience testing end user applications and technology products

  • 2+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts

Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology

  • DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) experience

  • 1+ year of HP ALM experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers

  • SQL experience

  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience

  • 3 + years of experience developing Single Page Architecture (SPA) web application using ASP.NET MVC, Knockout, Javascript, or JQuery, or with frameworks such as Angular.JS or HTML 5

  • 2+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript

  • Java experience

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
