As a Software Engineering Leader in Life IT, you’ll lead a group of talented engineers who provide image, workflow, and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities! This includes impactful technologies like Salesforce, the world's #1 CRM platform, and tools from IBM that enable straight-through-processing of customer requests. As a software engineering leader, you will perform many functions including influencing technology strategy and direction, empowering your teams to deliver value more quickly and with higher quality, and collaborating with others across Principal to push us further ahead of our competition.

We’re looking for someone with:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience AND
6+ years of technology experience
3+ years of formal/informal leadership experience
Additional preferred technical experience:
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM technologies
Experience working with enterprise document management and/or workflow tools
Application and data integration experience
Use of Atlassian and Microsoft Office tools
