The Role at a Glance:
In this position you will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of your assigned area(s) of responsibility. You will be responsible for managing the end to end program management of low complexity learning solutions, initiatives and process improvement projects in alignment with the corporate learning strategy.
What you'll be doing:
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Project manages and maintains a portfolio of Lincoln’s enterprise learning offerings and operations; updates project tracking documents.
Ensures the successful execution of learning initiatives including program rollout, tracking completion of program assignments and providing regular status reports.
Partners with Talent Operations to ensure successful delivery of learning offerings (e.g., session management, vendor management, registration/attendance management, program/event management, etc.).
Analyzes, administers and maintains a range of issues and needs related to LMS capabilities from an enterprise perspective.
Proactively collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance program offering awareness and utilization.
Maintains relationships with a network of committed internal and external trainers and vendors for the learning programs.
Develops materials to market and promote the portfolio of courses towards defined target groups.
Reviews and develops talent related communications and presentation materials for the department.
Performs routine analysis of learning needs and goals.
Tracks the success of trainings and provides learning insights from a company wide perspective.
Identifies process improvement opportunities for the talent team that drives consistency across processes, systems, and reporting.
Maintains and updates learning systems/sites in partnership with technology teams as needed.
What we're looking for:
1 - 3+ Years of Human Resources and/or Talent Development experience. (Required)
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
Experience with Degreed Learning Experience Platform.
Experience with the management of external training and development vendors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
